About Natasha

In their own words

I have worked within mental health for several years. My professional and firsthand experiences have led me to develop a practice where inclusivity is firmly at its heart.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from who you truly are, please know that you do not have to carry that weight alone. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, managing anxiety, processing grief, or trying to understand deep-seated feelings of low self-esteem, burnout or trauma, I am here to provide a safe, confidential space where you can speak openly.

As a person-centred counsellor holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, my approach is built on a simple foundation: you are the expert on your own life. I do not offer rigid checklists, clinical diagnoses or generic, one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, I offer a genuine, deeply collaborative relationship where we work together to understand what is happening for you right now.

In our sessions you will find an environment completely free of judgement or expectation. Because I practise humanistically, I adapt my pacing entirely to what feels safe and manageable for you. Together we will explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns, and I will help you untangle complex emotions, discover your own inner resources, and make choices that align with who you genuinely want to be.
