Room hire questions
How much does it cost to hire a room?
Rooms are £10 per hour for bookings of 4+ hours, £7.50 per hour for 8+ hours, or £65 for a full day. Tell us how you’d like to work and we’ll find the right fit.
Can I hire by the hour, or do I need a regular slot?
Both work. You can book occasional hours, half or full days, or a regular weekly slot, whatever suits your practice. Just let us know in your enquiry.
What’s included in the room?
A calm, private, furnished treatment room with what you need to see clients. Facilities vary by room (treatment couch, comfortable seating, sink, storage, natural light and a quiet, private setting) and are listed under each room above.
Do I need my own insurance and qualifications?
Yes. Practitioners at Soma are independent and self-employed, so you’ll bring your own professional qualifications and insurance. You keep your own bookings and clients.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel a room booking. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged in full. Please let us know as early as you can and we will always try to be flexible.
Can I see the room before I commit?
Of course, and we’d encourage it. We’re in the heart of the Norwich Lanes, a short walk from the city centre. Book a viewing and come and get a feel for the space and the centre first.
